Groundskeeper/Maintenance

Job description Hotel Maintenance performs work of routine maintenance of all hotel equipment, building and property as well as laundry and housekeeping while complying with hotel policies. Duties of this job may be changed at management's discretion. Duties are as follow but not limited to: Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior Performs PTAC Air conditioner maintenance Performs minimal electrical work and plumbing work Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis (boiler and water heaters) Moves furniture and equipment to clean areas Maintains both the interior and exterior of the hotel, including painting, cleaning, repairs and additions Act upon hotel staff requests Be fully compliant with housekeeping/maintenance brand and corporate procedures Follow Preventative Maintenance schedule for cleanliness, condition and safety of property Flexible with schedule and assignments
