As a Landscaping Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful landscapes that inspire and delight. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and equipment, and contribute to the aesthetic appeal and safety of outdoor environments. Your expertise will help transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary landscapes. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, trash clean-up, board up houses, overgrown properties, planting, fertilizing, and weed control to ensure healthy, vibrant outdoor areas Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, safely and efficiently Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to support healthy growth and effective pesticide management Follow safety protocols rigorously during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries Conduct seasonal clean-up tasks including leaf removal and debris clearance to keep landscapes pristine year-round Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools for safe operation and troubleshooting Proven experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, gardening, and lawn care techniques Ability to identify plants accurately and apply appropriate horticultural practices Knowledge of pesticide management procedures for pest control while adhering to safety standards Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on safety protocol adherence Excellent skills in tree trimming, general grounds maintenance Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments that inspire communities!
