Mowing Crew Leader ProMow, LLC — Rockwell, NC ProMow is looking for an experienced Mowing Crew Leader to join our team. This is an important position for someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to lead a crew, and can be trusted to get the job done right without constant supervision. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience leading a mowing crew. What You'll Do Lead a mowing crew and keep the day's work on schedule Operate commercial zero-turn mowers and other landscaping equipment Ensure properties are maintained to ProMow's quality standards Communicate professionally with customers when needed Solve problems in the field and make good decisions without waiting to be told what to do Identify and correct equipment and job-site issues Keep the truck, trailer and equipment clean and properly maintained Help train and hold crew members accountable for doing quality work Work safely and efficiently while setting a good example for your crew What We're Looking For At least 2 years of mowing crew leader experience in a company environment.
