Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environments. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing landscapes through a variety of tasks, ensuring safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional service to clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply your landscaping skills, and contribute to beautiful, well-maintained properties. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, pruning, and installation projects. Operate heavy machinery such as excavators and other construction equipment for hardscape installation or land grading. Conduct lawn care activities such as aeration, fertilization, overseeding, and weed control to promote healthy turf. Implement irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure efficient watering of landscapes. Carry out tree care including trimming, pruning, planting, and health assessments with proper safety precautions. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways on client properties. Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or related outdoor maintenance roles. Mechanical knowledge of equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, excavators, and irrigation systems. Ability to operate hand tools (e.g., shovels, rakes) and power tools safely and efficiently.
