Production Hiring Event•Timberlake Manufacturing Facility Friday, August 7 | 9:00 AM•3:00 PM Voltage Energy is Hiring! We're growing our manufacturing team and invite you to attend our Production Hiring Event for our new Timberlake, NC manufacturing facility.
Hiring Event Location:
225 Crown Blvd Timberlake, NC 27583 No appointment necessary•walk-ins welcome! Meet directly with our hiring managers, learn about our company, and interview for exciting manufacturing careers. On-the-spot interviews will be conducted with candidates that have completed an employment application, and qualified candidates may receive conditional offers of employment the same day.
Now Hiring Production Associates Quality Inspectors Starting Pay:
$20.50 per hour
Expected Start Date:

Operate production equipment and machinery safely. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Follow work instructions and safety procedures. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality. Work as part of a team to support efficient manufacturing operations. What You'll Need High school diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right candidates.
Quality Inspectors:
2+ years of incoming inspection, supplier quality, or manufacturing quality experience. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
