Job Description
Mac's Tree Service is looking for a dependable, hardworking Arborist/ Groundman to join our team. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow safe and proper tree-care techniques in a controlled work environment. Pay is competitive and negotiable based on experience. We take pride in offering top-quality pay for qualified employees. Residental tree-care experience is required, along with a valid drivers license. Experience with heavy trucks and tag-alongs is preferred. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, communicates well, works well with a team, and is willing to learn and follow safety practices. Applicants must provide work history and at least three references. We maintain a drug-free work environment. Benefits include competitive pay based on experience, paid vacation time, and full-time employment.
