Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Whether working on lawn care, landscape installation, or seasonal snow plowing, you will contribute to creating inviting outdoor areas that clients can enjoy year-round. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as skidsteers safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects Perform lawn care duties such as aerating, fertilizing, edging, and seasonal snow plowing to maintain pristine conditions Conduct tree care tasks including trimming, pruning, planting, and health assessments to promote safety and growth Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or blockages and performing basic repairs as needed Assist with gardening activities by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while adhering to horticultural best practices Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care and landscape maintenance is mandatory. Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not mandatory Strong understanding of landscaping principles Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects safely Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and safety procedures Valid driver's license preferred; willingness to obtain certifications related to equipment operation or safety standards is advantageous Must be able to pass a drug test Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
