Position Overview:

We're currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Garden Enhancement team. We are willing to train the right candidate if you have a great attitude and are willing to learn. As a crew member, you will play a crucial role in delighting clients with top-notch horticultural services while working collaboratively in a safe and efficient manner. This position offers a competitive starting pay of $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Ensure the security of all equipment and trucks by locking them when not in use, both on job sites and at the shop. Contribute to the overall care and cleanliness of equipment and trucks. Prioritize safety by demonstrating the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and promptly reporting any accidents or injuries. Demonstrate eagerness to learn and improve skills listed on the GET Skills Checklist. Communicate effectively with the foreman and other team members. Keep accurate job time via phone app. Ask for the next assignment upon completion of tasks. Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Be present and on time. Be able to drive the team truck as necessary. Understand and execute the New Garden Way every day.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently. Punctuality and limited absences. Maintain a professional appearance and behavior. Possession of a valid NC Driver's License with limited infractions. A good attitude toward your work and teammates. Good communication skills, goal-oriented, honest, and ethical. Previous horticulture experience is preferred, but willing to train someone with a desire to learn and grow.
