Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Perform soil preparation, planting, fertilizing, and watering to support plant health and growth Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Support tree care activities including pruning, planting, and removal while following safety protocols Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor work activities to ensure a secure work environment Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating power tools and landscaping equipment effectively Experience with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, groundskeeping, and gardening Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments Hands-on experience with snow plowing or winter groundskeeping is a plus for seasonal adaptability Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators or other landscaping equipment safely Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards grounds maintenance tasks This role is perfect for individuals passionate about outdoor work who thrive in active environments.
