The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor maintenance, landscaping and holiday light installation. Duties Perform groundskeeping and landscape maintenance tasks Assist with hardscape projects such as building retaining walls or pathways Provide tree care services including trimming and pruning Install, maintain and remove holiday lighting on residential and commercial properties Demonstrate a commitment to safety by consistently following procedures and promoting a safe work environment Required Skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Regular and predictable attendance Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working at heights and on ladders and rooftops Acute attention to detail and commitment to safety Able to work on a team Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Able to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions required Preferred Qualifications Experience in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and tree care Proficiency in using hand tools for landscaping tasks Work Conditions Outdoor work in all seasons Use of power tools and heavy equipment Fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Occasional overtime during peak seasons
