Full-Time | Year-Round | Excellent Benefits | Lincoln, NE | $3000 Hire On Bonus Are you the type of person who notices when a landscape bed needs attention, a sprinkler head isn't working correctly, or a shrub needs to be trimmed—without someone having to point it out? Kabredlo's Property is seeking an experienced Landscape & Grounds Technician to care for a private estate in Lincoln. This is not a typical landscape crew position. You'll help maintain a beautiful, highly cared-for property where quality, detail, and pride in your work matter. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in landscaping, plant care, and irrigation who can work independently and take ownership of the appearance and health of the property. Responsibilities Maintain lawns, landscape beds, trees, shrubs, flowers, and plants Prune, trim, weed, mulch, fertilize, and complete seasonal cleanups Monitor plant and turf health and identify problems early Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and program sprinkler systems Keep the property clean, polished, and exceptionally well maintained Qualifications 2+ years professional landscaping experience 2+ years sprinkler/irrigation experience Strong plant and landscape-care knowledge Able to work independently without constant supervision Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional Valid driver's license Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round work Health, dental & vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) Two weeks paid vacation + sick leave $3000 Hire On Bonus after 90 day review If you take pride in your work and enjoy seeing the results of a beautifully maintained property, we'd like to hear from you. Pay:
From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week

Are you able to perform the physical requirements of this position, including lifting, bending, kneeling, digging, and operating landscaping equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation? Are you able and willing to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow?
Experience:
professional landscaping: 2 years (Required) hands-on irrigation : 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
