As a Grounds Crew Member , you will perform lawn maintenance on commercial properties, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. Safely operate landscaping equipment and maintain a clean, professional appearance across assigned sites. Experience in chemical application and lawn care a plus. Responsibilities Perform mowing, trimming and general lawn maintenance Operate mowers, hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain equipment (cleaning, sharpening, fueling, basic troubleshooting) Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols Assist with seasonal tasks (spring and fall cleanups, mulching, snow removal) Experience and Qualifications Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture is preferred but hard-working mentality and reliability are the most important Prior experience in chemical application and/or willingness to learn Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools and commercial lawn equipment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to operate safely around commercial lawn equipment while following all safety guidelines is essential Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
