In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of landscaping tasks, grounds maintenance, and equipment operation to create inviting environments. Multiple positions available:

Lawn Care Crew lead / Forman Landscape project based crew members General Laborer's Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and weeding to keep grounds pristine. Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently. Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and health; apply horticultural knowledge for optimal growth. Manage irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth while adhering to safety protocols.. Maintain safety standards by following all safety protocols during outdoor work activities and equipment operation. Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred. Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools is essential. Strong understanding of horticulture principles including plant identification and care. Familiarity with lawn care , clean ups, mulching, snow removal, and project based landscape work such as lawn installs, walkways, walls, etc Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to landscape upkeep. Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed.
