Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Landscape Maintenance/Snowplowing Crew Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will engage in weekly lawn mowing, routine maintenance, and seasonal cleanups, utilizing a variety of equipment including zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, and leaf blowers. During the winter months, you'll handle snowplowing duties using an F350 truck with a 9'6" Fisher V-Plow. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the owner and potentially step into a crew lead position at the start of the 2025 season. Ready to grow with us?

Key Responsibilities:

Perform lawn mowing and maintenance tasks for a range of residential and commercial properties. Execute seasonal cleanups to keep properties looking their best. Operate and maintain equipment such as zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, and leaf blowers. Safely operate an F350 truck with a V-plow to ensure the safety of commercial and residential properties during winter. Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in mowing and maintenance is preferred but not required; we are eager to train the right candidate. Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card. Physical ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds. Why Join Us?
