Overview Join our small family owned company as a Tree Climber/Groundsperson working throughout New England. Current projects focusing on clearing power lines in NH and the greater white mountain region, as well as, large and small special projects in Western Massachusetts area. Duties Safely climb trees using arborist rigging techniques and operate bucket trucks for elevated work. Perform tree pruning, trimming, removals, and ground work. Execute tree removal projects with precision, including rigging and chainsaw use to safely dismantle hazardous or unwanted trees. Support ground operations by handling rigging, setting up safety zones, and assisting with bucket operation for elevated tasks. Follow strict safety protocols during all activities to ensure personal safety and that of team members. Qualifications Proven tree climbing/groundwork experience, 3 years climbing experience preferred Knowledge of tree care practices including pruning, trimming, and tree removal techniques. Experience operating bucket trucks, chainsaws, wood chippers and other tree work equipment safely. Familiarity with arborist rigging techniques and tree removal procedures. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, lifting heavy equipment, and working at heights. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments. Pay:

$25.01 - $28.32 per hour
