• 24 per hour Monday-Friday | 25-40 hours per week Pristine Landscaping is hiring a dependable Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team.

We provide lawn maintenance, seasonal cleanups, lawn renovations, mulch and decorative stone installations, and hardscape projects throughout Hudson and the surrounding area. We are looking for someone who works hard, shows up consistently, follows instructions, and takes pride in leaving every property looking its best. Landscaping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers and backpack blowers Perform weekly lawn maintenance efficiently and carefully Assist with cleanups, mulching, stone installation, seeding and hardscape projects Load and unload tools, equipment and materials Maintain clean and organized trucks, trailers and job sites Follow company procedures and safety requirements Communicate professionally with the crew and customers

Requirements:

Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time every day Reliable transportation to our Hudson meeting location Ability to work outdoors in heat, rain and changing conditions Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Ability to follow directions and work at a productive pace Respectful attitude and professional appearance Valid driver's license Landscaping, mowing, truck or trailer experience is a plus Must report to work sober and remain drug
