About the Position EastPoint Properties has been in business for over 40 years specializing in quality low income housing. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and is willing to perform both landscaping and winter snow-removal duties. Responsibilities Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers Perform spring and fall cleanups Mulch, weed, and maintain garden beds Assist with landscaping installations and outdoor projects Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely Perform snow removal from driveways, walkways, parking areas, and other properties Operate snow blowers, plows, and other snow-removal equipment Shovel and apply ice melt or salt as needed Respond to snow and ice events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional Qualifications Landscaping or snow-removal experience preferred, but training is available Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude Ability to work flexible hours during snow events What We Offer Competitive pay Consistent seasonal work Opportunities for advancement Benefits, PTO, health insurance, retirement plan Friendly team environment
