Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Fine Gardener to join our vibrant horticulture team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful landscapes using your expertise in gardening, plant care, and landscape maintenance. Your energetic approach will ensure that outdoor spaces are thriving, visually stunning, and well-kept. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of native plants and modern groundskeeping techniques while contributing to the aesthetic and ecological value of our outdoor environments. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, trimming, mowing, and planting to keep gardens healthy and attractive. Use hand tools, power tools, and grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively for planting, edging, mulching, and other landscaping activities. Identify various plant species, including native plants, and monitor their growth to ensure optimal health. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance or gardening roles with a strong understanding of horticulture principles. Hands-on experience with plant identification, growing techniques, and native plant management. Experience working with native plants and implementing environmentally friendly landscaping solutions.
