Job Description
Groundskeeper Daily responsibilities Use Blower/Sweep and pick up all trash, etc around the perimeter of buildings and parking areas. Cigarette butts, cups and anything that might have blown into landscaping. Outside check all light bulbs and change where necessary. Change all outside trash bins and empty & wipe ashtray tops Sweep all rubbish from out front on street and in our parking lots While still in season powerwash/vacuum upper and lower decks. Trash areas need to look awesome. Power wash if need be. Check maintenance lists and check in with Manager on duty for any pop up repairs. Complete daily projects Cut lawn when applicable. Maintain and water all potted plants
