LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER

Starting Pay:

$20/hour | 27-40 Hours Per Week We're looking for a dependable, hardworking, physically capable individual to join our landscape maintenance crew. This is an active, outdoor position—not a sit-down job. You'll perform lawn care, landscaping, equipment operation, and seasonal services.

REASON FOR PAY RATE

$20/hour is the starting rate. We don't know you, and you don't know us. We need the opportunity to see your work ethic, reliability, attitude, and performance . The right individual who consistently performs, takes initiative, and proves their value can earn an increase in pay.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and general property maintenance Operate hand tools and power equipment safely Assist with patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscaping Lawn care including aeration, fertilization, and overseeding Assist with irrigation, drainage, excavation, and site preparation Seasonal snow removal Drive trucks and trailers when needed Clean, maintain, and service equipment daily Help maintain up to 15 properties per day

Must pass a pre-employment background check Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

PREFERRED

Hard-working, self-motivated, and independent Able to take the reins and get the job done Takes pride in their work and needs little supervision Jobber software/app experience is a plus

NOT PREFERRED

This position is not a good fit for someone who: Is looking for a babysitting-style job or needs constant supervision Doesn't like physical labor or getting their hands dirty Doesn't want to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, or snow Has a poor attendance record or frequently calls out Needs to be reminded repeatedly to stay productive Is unwilling to learn, work hard, or take initiative Expects a job where they can stand around and wait to be told what to do

SCHEDULE & PAY

$20/hour starting pay Monday-Friday Occasional weekends depending on workload 27-40 hours per week Hours may vary based on workload and weather Opportunities for advancement based on performance
