Job Overview Join our dynamic grounds maintenance team as a Grounds Crew Member/GreensKeeper, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves hands-on work to ensure the grounds, lawns, and landscaped areas are pristine, healthy, and inviting. You'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional outdoor environments that enhance the experience for all visitors and members. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a vibrant, well-kept setting that reflects pride and professionalism. Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing lawns to promote healthy growth. Operate power tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with planting, pruning, and gardening tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the grounds. Use hand tools and gardening equipment to carry out landscaping projects and general upkeep. Support seasonal tasks such as aeration, overseeding, and leaf removal to keep outdoor spaces in top condition. Experience Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Knowledge of horticulture principles and lawn care techniques is advantageous. Familiarity with irrigation systems, power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is highly desirable. Ability to operate lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping machinery safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to groundskeeping tasks.
