Job Summary We are a growing lawn and landscape business looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team. We take pride in providing high-quality lawn care and landscaping services while delivering excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities Mow, edge, and trim lawns Perform routine lawn and landscape maintenance Weed, mulch, plant, and maintain flower beds Use lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and properly Assist with spring and fall cleanups Remove leaves, branches, and other yard debris Load and unload equipment and materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide professional and courteous service to customers Work efficiently as part of a team and independently when needed Snow Removal (Seasonal) Qualifications Reliable and dependable Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to perform physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is preferred but not required Valid driver's license is a plus but not required Must be willing to learn and follow safety procedures Snow Removal — Seasonal During the winter season, employees can also assist with snow and ice removal, including: Snow plowing of driveways, parking lots, and other properties Snow blowing and shoveling Salting and ice treatment Working early mornings, nights, weekends, and during snowstorms when needed What We Offer Competitive pay Hands-on experience and training in lawn care , landscaping and snow removal Opportunity for growth within a growing local business Friendly work environment
