Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your craftsmanship and passion for horticulture! In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful landscapes that inspire and delight. Your expertise in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to keep lawns healthy and lush Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and lawns through pruning, trimming, planting, and watering Operate hand tools and power tools safely for planting, edging, mulching, and general landscape maintenance Install hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and garden borders using appropriate construction techniques Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal with proper safety procedures Manage irrigation systems by installing new setups or repairing existing systems to ensure optimal watering schedules Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access around properties Experience Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant care and landscape maintenance techniques Mechanical knowledge related to operating equipment such as excavators, power tools, and lawn machinery Familiarity with gardening practices including soil preparation, fertilization, pest management, and plant health assessment Knowledge of hardscape construction methods and materials used in outdoor projects Ability to perform tree trimming and tree care safely using appropriate tools and techniques Experience working with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols while working outdoors in various weather conditions Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments that bring joy and functionality to our clients' properties!
