Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our landscape maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in irrigation systems, lawn care, and landscape maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair irrigation equipment efficiently. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring the proper functioning of irrigation systems to promote healthy landscapes. Candidates should possess mechanical knowledge and experience with landscaping tools and construction equipment to deliver high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems across residential and commercial properties Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation issues using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Perform routine inspections to ensure irrigation systems operate efficiently and effectively Utilize excavators and other construction machinery for system installation or repairs as needed Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, pruning, and general horticulture practices Assist with landscaping projects, including the use of landscaping hand tools and power tools Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet client expectations Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each project Skills Mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems and landscape equipment Experience with irrigation installation, repair, and troubleshooting Strong lawn care and landscape maintenance skills Familiarity with landscaping construction techniques and use of hand tools, power tools, and excavators Knowledge of horticulture principles for healthy plant growth Ability to operate heavy machinery safely in outdoor environments Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions This position offers a dynamic work environment where technical expertise in irrigation and landscaping is valued.
