Our location history starts in 1865 when Warren Foundry and Machine Company casted stoves, steam engines, mill gearing and other foundry related items. Currently we specialize in the casting of iron ductile pipes that range from 3" to 24" in diameter.

Work Environment:

A Facilities Grounds Person should anticipate and will be expected to work both indoors as well as outdoors experiencing high noise and heat of our industrial site and the full gamut of seasonal weather throughout the calendar year. The Grounds person can and should expect and be prepared to work in very hot or cold temperatures with no aversion or impediment either.

Operating and maintaining powered sweeping equipment and vehiclesWhen directed or assigned, they assist production department managers and superintendents in executing their areas housekeeping effortsMaintain exterior sidewalks and internal plant safety walks to foster and ensure safe passageSetting up, preparing, and clearing sites and plant facilities for events and functionsPerform snow removal and de-icing activitiesOperate and maintain various snow removal equipment and vehiclesMUST possess general knowledge of and have hands-on experience with lite maintenance capabilities such as mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills trades

• Handy Man MUST be able to operate a high-lift, scissor lift and materials handling equipment, i.
