Marrone Power Washing is a 4.9-star exterior company at the Jersey Shore and we build outdoor living spaces: paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage and softscape. We have a four-man install crew on the ground under a foreman with 15 years of hardscape, and we're adding one more experienced set of hands to work alongside him. What you'll do:

• Install paver patios, walkways, steps and retaining walls with the crew
• Grading, base prep, compaction, cutting, joint sand, sealing
• Drainage and softscape as jobs call for it
• Between installs and in the off-season: premium paver restoration and fall shrink wrap, so the work does not stop in November What we need:
• Hands-on hardscape experience. You've laid pavers or set walls and can talk through how
• Can read a grade, run a plate compactor and a saw
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Toms River
• Can lift 80 lbs repeatedly and work outside full days What you get:
• $25 to $32/hr based on what you can show us, paid weekly, W-2
• Year-round pipeline: installs, restoration, shrink wrap. Not a summer gig
• All equipment provided, paid training on our restoration and sealing process
• Small company, owner on site. Your ideas get used
• As we add a second crew, the lead spot goes to whoever earned it Work location: In person, Toms River NJ and Ocean/Monmouth County job sites
