Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This energetic position involves assisting with a wide range of landscaping tasks, from planting and lawn care to hardscape installation and maintenance. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to ensure healthy and attractive lawns and gardens Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes to support planting, soil preparation, and general landscaping tasks Use power tools responsibly for tasks like edging, trimming bushes, or installing hardscape features such as patios or walkways Support tree care activities including planting, pruning, trimming, and removal using appropriate tools and techniques Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or clogs and assisting with installation or repairs as needed Help with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible Assist with construction projects involving landscape installation, hardscape setup, or site cleanup to ensure timely project completion Experience Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge related to operating equipment like excavators or other construction machinery is a plus Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including horticulture principles and plant care techniques Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various outdoor settings Experience with tree care procedures such as trimming or planting enhances your suitability for this role Knowledge of irrigation systems, snow plowing operations, or hardscape installation is advantageous Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols while working outdoors in different weather conditions Join us in creating vibrant landscapes that inspire!
