Overview We are seeking a seasonal laborer to join our Greens Department at our golf course. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and appearance of the golf course's greens, fairways, and surrounding landscapes. The position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall experience for our golfers. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily turf maintenance activities and ensuring the course remains in excellent condition throughout the season. Responsibilities Assist with mowing, edging, and trimming of greens, fairways, and roughs to maintain optimal playing conditions Support aeration, topdressing, and fertilization processes as directed by the Greens staff Perform general landscaping duties including planting, watering, and weed control Operate basic landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers safely and effectively Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries during daily tasks Collaborate with team members to complete daily maintenance schedules efficiently Skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of course quality Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day Basic understanding of turf management or willingness to learn specialized maintenance techniques Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to scheduled shifts during the golf season This seasonal position provides valuable hands-on experience in turf maintenance within a professional golf course environment.
