Landscape Position Temporary Full Time Willow Brook Apartments Las Cruces, NM Job Details Full-time $13 - $14 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Landscape maintenance Outdoor work experience Driver's License Full Job Description Landscape Position Temporary (Full-Time) could turn into permanent Job Summary Responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surroundings on Apartment Complex Primary Responsibilities
- Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties.
- Mow lawns
- Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes
- Apply pesticide to rid grounds of pests such as mosquitos, wasps, ticks, and
- Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth
- Shovel snow from walkways and sprinkle ice down to keep people from falling
- Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, irrigation repair and other duties assisting co-workers with projects and makereadies
- Sweep and blow walkways of debris
- Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger
- Trim shrubs and pull weeds
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping
- Install lawn furniture
- Rake, mulch, prune, and water the grounds as needed
- Install rock, cement, lighting
- Water plants and grass as needed repair broken water lines and sprinkler heads
- Pick up pet waste in the dog park and throughout the entire property
