Landscape Position Temporary Full Time Willow Brook Apartments Las Cruces, NM Job Details Full-time $13 - $14 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Landscape maintenance Outdoor work experience Driver's License Full Job Description Landscape Position Temporary (Full-Time) could turn into permanent Job Summary Responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surroundings on Apartment Complex Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties.
  • Mow lawns
  • Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes
  • Apply pesticide to rid grounds of pests such as mosquitos, wasps, ticks, and
  • Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth
  • Shovel snow from walkways and sprinkle ice down to keep people from falling
  • Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, irrigation repair and other duties assisting co-workers with projects and makereadies
  • Sweep and blow walkways of debris
  • Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger
  • Trim shrubs and pull weeds
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping
  • Install lawn furniture
  • Rake, mulch, prune, and water the grounds as needed
  • Install rock, cement, lighting
  • Water plants and grass as needed repair broken water lines and sprinkler heads
  • Pick up pet waste in the dog park and throughout the entire property
Qualifications Included:
Clean driving record High attention to detail and efficient time management Ability to work in a multitude of weather conditions for at least 8 hours a day High regard for professionalism, friendly and hard working

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
