$25/hr (Raises given readily as you demonstrate skills) No experience necessary, we will train the the right candidate. Seeking full-time, year-round employees. Located in Gardnerville, NV and work in surrounding areas
Note:
Background & Drug Test will be performed!

! We are looking for a very motivated individual who would like to learn about the tree industry. We want someone who is interested in the field and wants to learn the skills required to assist the arborist in everyday operations. As you learn and demonstrate skills, we will generously offer pay raises as deemed fit. The position is physically demanding, and requires a decent level of fitness. We are a small crew and getting along with the team is essential.
Groundsman's Primary Job Tasks:
  • Help manage and stack limbs in piles for the grapple claw
  • Assist with feeding material into the chipper
  • Help set up job sites (unloading equipment, fueling and oiling saws, setting up ropes)
  • Clean up of work areas (raking, blowing, and loading up of equipment) About us: We are a small, family-owned business in Gardnerville, NV growing rapidly within the community.
We take pride in the work we do and provide only the highest level of quality and customer care. We work in the surrounding areas of Gardnerville, Minden, Genoa, and Carson City but rarely much further than that. We have a small crew of about 4 people on the job site led by a certified arborist, along with an off-site office manager. We operate multiple large trucks with trailers, chipper, skid steer, stump grinder, and boom lift. We love to see our employees succeed and grow. And at the end of the day, we are here to work with chainsaws and slay some trees!
