This role involves assisting with various landscaping projects, maintaining outdoor spaces, and supporting the overall operations of our landscaping services. The ideal candidate is bi-lingual, possesses a valid driver's license, and has reliable transportation to ensure punctuality every day. Respect for customers and coworkers is essential, along with the ability to follow directions accurately. Responsibilities Assist with planting, trimming, mowing, and other landscape maintenance tasks Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks Maintain clean and organized work sites Respect customer property and ensure high-quality service delivery Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines Ensure timely arrival at job sites with reliable transportation Requirements Dependable and hardworking attitude with a strong work ethic Bi-lingual skills are preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to arrive on time daily Ability to follow directions accurately and work under supervision Respectful demeanor towards customers and coworkers Physical ability to perform outdoor labor tasks in various weather conditions

Pay:
