Crew Technician Mauri Landscapes, LTD — Las Vegas, Nevada Mauri Landscapes transforms residential yards into refreshing outdoor living spaces through quality workmanship, uncommon attention to detail, consistent communication, and strong care for our clients and team members. We are looking for a dependable, coachable Crew Technician who takes pride in doing quality work and wants to build a career in the landscape construction trade. What you'll do Perform landscape installation work including site preparation, material handling, planting, hardscape support, cleanup, and other assigned field work. Follow plans, job instructions, safety expectations, and company standards. Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely. Protect client property, materials, vehicles, plants, and completed work. Keep the work area organized and ready for the next step. Report missing materials, unsafe conditions, delays, quality concerns, and equipment issues early. Complete required time, photo, and field updates accurately. Work as part of a crew and support teammates when the job requires it. What we're looking for Reliable attendance and dependable follow-through. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Pride in workmanship and attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in Las Vegas conditions. Ability to follow directions, ask questions, and accept coaching. Commitment to safe work practices and respectful treatment of teammates and clients. Landscape, construction, irrigation, hardscape, or equipment experience is helpful but not required if you bring the right attitude and work ethic. What makes someone successful here You do not need to know everything on day one. You do need to show up prepared, work safely, communicate early, own mistakes, and improve with feedback. We can teach technical skills; we are looking for honesty, effort, reliability, respect, and a growth mindset. This role can develop into Assistant Crew Lead and Crew Lead responsibilities for team members who consistently demonstrate safety, quality, communication, technical skill, and leadership.
