Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and become a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, functional, and beautiful environments! In this energetic role, you will assist with a wide range of landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, ensuring that landscapes are maintained to the highest standards. Your hands-on work will contribute to creating inviting outdoor areas for communities, clients, and visitors alike. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance while working outdoors in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as pathways and retaining walls Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming trees and shrubs, pruning, edging, and weeding to keep outdoor spaces pristine Operate groundskeeping equipment including lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of plants and turf Handle plant identification and care to promote healthy growth and landscape aesthetics Conduct safety protocol adherence during all tasks to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team member Requirements Prior outdoor work experience or background in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools is highly desirable Knowledge of plant identification, lawn care techniques, and irrigation systems is advantageous Strong understanding of safety procedures related to landscaping operations and equipment use Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred for equipment operation responsibilities If you're passionate about outdoor work and eager to develop your expertise in grounds maintenance and landscaping techniques—apply today!
