Apartment Groundskeeper/Porter needed. Looking for a team player that is ready to jump in and get started! Responsibilities Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards Cleaning of community areas , pool, washroom, office common grounds Clean up, mowing lawns and keeping grounds Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds equipment Collect trash, and other grounds maintenance clean-up duties Maintain grounds and remove litter Requirements Valid driver's license Elligible to work in the US #JTSP2
