Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves various tasks related to maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are beautiful, functional, and healthy. The Landscape Technician will work with a variety of tools and equipment to perform essential landscaping duties. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming. Build and maintain garden beds. Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, and general maintenance. Operate snow plowing equipment during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Follow safety protocols while working with tools and machinery. Qualifications Experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred, but on the job training will be provided. Knowledge of tree care practices and landscape design principles is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.
