Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, and weeding to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently Operate snow removal equipment such as shovels , plow trucks , sanding equipment Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, and retaining walls by cleaning and minor repairs Maintain drivways, home pathways, and parking lots in winter storms Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries Perform general groundskeeping duties such as trash removal, soil preparation, and lawn care to uphold property standards Skills Strong mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping and groundskeeping equipment Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care techniques Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping tasks Knowlege of snow removal or wiling to learn Knowledge other machinery such as excavators , tractors, dump trailers Understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation Prior outdoor work experience demonstrating reliability and physical stamina Ability to perform grounds maintenance tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your skills make a tangible difference in creating inviting outdoor environments!
