Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces! In this energetic position, you will assist with a variety of landscaping, lawn care, and hardscape projects, ensuring that every detail meets high standards of quality and safety. Your hands-on work will contribute to transforming outdoor environments into inviting, functional, and aesthetically pleasing areas for clients and communities alike. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios or walkways Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Use hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, pruning, and landscape shaping Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas Conduct landscape maintenance activities including tree trimming, pruning, and snow plowing during winter months Operate equipment such as excavators and other construction machinery to assist with site preparation and hardscape projects Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, ensuring safety standards are met at all times Experience Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping, horticulture or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of mechanical systems related to lawn care equipment and irrigation systems is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively Basic understanding of construction practices related to landscape installation and maintenance Experience with tree care techniques including trimming and pruning is advantageous Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to beautifying outdoor spaces!
