Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Maintenance & Grounds Crew. This role is essential to keeping our resort in top condition. From handling repairs to preparing guest sites, you will help ensure every part of the property meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs in cottages and park model units Troubleshoot and address basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues Prepare guest sites for arrival, including setting up firewood and outdoor spaces Clean, reset, and cover outdoor areas after guest departures Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the resort grounds Work closely with the grounds crew to ensure a polished, upscale environment Identify and report any maintenance concerns or safety issues

Schedule & Availability:

Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal opportunities available Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed Schedule may vary based on resort needs and occupancy

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and working outdoors Previous maintenance or facilities experience is preferred, but not required
