Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces! This energetic position involves performing a variety of groundskeeping and landscaping tasks to ensure landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, utilizing your landscaping skills to support the upkeep of gardens, lawns, hardscape features, and more. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your horticulture expertise while contributing to the enhancement of outdoor environments. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep grounds pristine and healthy Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers and trimmers safely and efficiently Follow safety protocols rigorously during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Assist with spring and fall cleanups Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and maintenance Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, gardening, pruning, and hardscape upkeep Ability to identify various plants and understand basic horticulture principles Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, as well as power tools safely and effectively This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in landscaping while making a tangible impact on outdoor spaces. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
