Full-Time (Green Season and Snow Season Oppertunities Available)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with seasonal overtime and occasional weekends as needed
Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience and skills

Landscape Co. is building our pipeline of Property Care Team Members for current and future opportunities across our field operations teams. If you like working outdoors, staying active, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, we'd like to hear from you. We are looking for dependable, hardworking people at all experience levels. You do not need to have a landscaping background to apply. We can teach the right person the skills needed to succeed.
Our Property Care teams include:
Mowing & Lawn Care Bed Care Landscape Enhancements Landscape Build / Installation Your specific team assignment will depend on your experience, skills, interests, and the needs of the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Depending on your team, your work may include: Perform landscape maintenance and property care services Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns Perform bed maintenance, weeding, pruning, planting, and seasonal cleanup Install plants, mulch, soil, and other landscape materials Assist with landscape enhancements and installations Prepare and maintain job sites Load, unload, and move materials and equipment Operate hand tools and landscape equipment safely Keep work areas clean and organized Follow direction from Team Leaders and supervisors Work as part of a crew to complete daily work assignments Maintain company equipment and tools Follow all company safety policies and procedures Communicate professionally with coworkers, customers, and leadership Take pride in the quality of your work
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for people who are reliable, willing to learn, and ready to work.
You should have:
A strong work ethic and positive attitude The ability to work effectively as part of a team A willingness to learn new skills Good communication and reliability The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions The ability to perform physical work throughout the day The ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment A valid driver's license is preferred but not required for all positions Previous landscaping, lawn care, grounds maintenance, nursery, agriculture, construction, or outdoor work experience is a plus Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. We are interested in people with backgrounds in landscaping, lawn care, grounds maintenance, gardening, horticulture, agriculture, construction, or other outdoor trades.
