Job Description

About the role This position is responsible for producing quality components from a variety of secondary machinery.
Secondary Operator:
This role focuses on working with materials that have already been processed by the Primary Operator. It involves operating machinery, monitoring production, and ensuring quality control. The pay range for this role is $20-$23 per hour.
Compensation:
$20-$23 1st
Shift:
6:30am-3:00pm 3rd
Shift:
10:30pm-7:00am (Plus 10% Shift Diffrential!) What you will be doing The associate is responsible for the quality and quantity of products being manufactured in a team environment. Utilizes business system to document productivity and quality issues Maintain excellent housekeeping practices (5S) Perform duties as assigned by supervisor and flex to areas of constraint. Follow instruction from Set Up Operators on daily tasks. Perform preventative maintenance on machinery according to pre set schedule. Ability to work on and run various machines in secondary areas. Ability to utilize databases to choose proper tooling. About you Ability to lift up to 33 lbs. High School Diploma/GED Basic computer skills Proficient with Measuring Devices Safety and quality conscious Able to read and interpret work instructions.
