Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping equipment including lawn mowers, trimmers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools safely and efficiently Identify various plants, shrubs, trees, and pests to support proper plant care and pest management strategies Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and making necessary adjustments or repairs Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Support installation of new landscaping features such as pathways, patios, or garden beds using appropriate hardscape materials Perform routine groundskeeping duties including debris removal, soil preparation, watering schedules, and pest control measures Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience or familiarity with landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred Basic mechanical knowledge related to power tools and landscaping equipment operation Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, pruning, and plant identification Knowledge of irrigation systems, pesticide management, and horticulture principles is a plus Ability to follow safety protocols carefully while operating equipment or handling chemicals Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor outdoors for extended periods Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate with supervisors and fellow team members Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a real difference!
