Position:

The Groundsman is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the site by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role assists with general site maintenance, material handling, equipment support, and other operational tasks to ensure the site runs efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout the site, including removing debris and maintaining access areas. Assist with material handling, moving materials, supplies, and equipment as needed to support daily operations. Perform general grounds and site maintenance, including basic cleanup, upkeep, and organization of work areas. Assist equipment operators and other site personnel with routine operational tasks and site activities. Perform basic equipment care, including cleaning, refueling, lubrication, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site-specific safety practices. Support loading, unloading, stockpile organization, and other material-handling activities as directed. Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction, quarry, industrial, or outdoor work preferred. Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
