This role includes grounds maintenance, plant care, and landscape improvements while working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Maintain site cleanliness (trash removal, debris clearing, leaf collection) Care for landscapes including planting, pruning, weeding, and watering Perform turf maintenance (mowing, edging, aeration, seeding) Assist with irrigation installation, monitoring, and repairs Support landscape installations and minor construction (e.g., fencing, beds) Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely Assist with seasonal work (mulching, composting, snow/ice removal) Restock supplies and support basic facility maintenance Interact professionally with residents and visitors ________________________________________ Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly Landscaping or grounds experience preferred (not required) Knowledge of plants, irrigation, or equipment is a plus Valid driver's license required Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills ________________________________________ Work Environment Outdoor, hands-on work year-round Team-oriented, fast-paced environment Overtime and weekend work may be required ________________________________________ Benefits Opportunity for long-term employment Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and transit benefits ________________________________________ Additional Information We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
