Job Description

Job Summary Responsible for the care of the grounds surrounding the business and building. Mows, pulls weeds, repairs structures, and maintains outside of building. Primary responsibilities Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties. Mow lawn and weed whack around grounds. Apply Weed killer around all fencing and building to minimalize weed growth. Trim shrubs and pull weeds. Shovel snow from walkways. Apply salt to ground to keep people from falling . 5am start time - under inclement weather. Perform routine maintenance duties such as painting, repairs, organization and other duties. Sweep walkway of debris. Pick up garbage around grounds. Collect garbage from interior and remove to dumpster. Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger. Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping. Help in interior and garage as needed.
