Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain pristine lawns and gardens Use hand tools and power tools for landscape installation, pruning, planting, and general maintenance tasks Perform landscape maintenance activities including edging, mulching, fertilizing, and weed control Assist with tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting trees safely and effectively Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure optimal watering of landscapes Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure safety and efficiency Experience Prior experience with lawn care is required. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating and maintaining various power tools and landscaping equipment Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including hardscape installation and horticulture practices is advantageous Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks Knowledge of construction or excavator operation is beneficial for site preparation projects Strong teamwork skills combined with attention to safety procedures are essential for success in this role Join us if you're eager to build a career in outdoor maintenance while helping create stunning landscapes!
