What You'll Be Doing Support daily plant operations by maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas Assist with material handling, equipment operation support, and general labor tasks Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties around plant and yard areas Follow safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety‑first culture Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and operational goals What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow operational procedures Strong work ethic with the capability to perform physically active tasks Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills Dependable team player with effective communication skills Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing conditions Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination Successful candidate must submit to post-offer drug/alcohol screen and background check Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
