The Opportunity We are seeking a full-time, year-round Maintenance / Groundskeeper who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and taking visible pride in a job well done. In this role, you will be a key player in keeping our resort grounds, buildings, and guest areas in excellent condition. If you like variety in your day, are comfortable with tools and equipment, and want a steady role where your work is immediately visible and appreciated by guests and coworkers, this is a strong opportunity to grow your skills and responsibilities over time. What You'll Do Maintain resort grounds and outdoor spaces so that lawns, roads, and common areas are always neat, clean, and attractive. Mow, trim, and weed-eat around sites, roads, and common areas, using equipment safely and keeping it in good working order. Perform general maintenance and repair work on buildings, facilities, and equipment as needs arise. Assist with basic construction, painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks under guidance from more experienced team members when needed. Keep guest areas, including shared facilities and common spaces, clean, safe, and in good working condition every day. What Success Looks Like Within the first few months, you consistently maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance across the property that guests and coworkers notice and appreciate. General maintenance tasks and minor repairs are completed safely, correctly, and on time, with minimal need for rework. You communicate clearly with department leads, follow daily priorities, and work efficiently as part of the team during busy periods. Guests and colleagues recognize you as dependable, professional, and responsive when a maintenance or grounds issue comes up. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with construction, painting, plumbing, electrical work, mowing, and weed-eating or similar maintenance and grounds tasks. Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a willingness to take ownership of your areas of responsibility. Ability to work well with a team, take direction, communicate clearly, and show a professional, customer-focused attitude. Organized, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with basic comfort using technology or simple computer programs.
