Job Description
An established sleep diagnostics provider is seeking an experienced Registered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT) — experienced RTs will also be considered — for full-time overnight work in Rhinebeck, NY. Competitive hourly rates available, depending on experience and patient ratio.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate overnight sleep studies and collect polysomnographic data
- Prepare equipment, record activities, and analyze results
- Follow proper polysomnographic procedures, including application of electrodes and sensors, calibration of equipment, and fitting of airway pressure masks
- Score clinical events such as respiratory and cardiac episodes, and tabulate final data for submission and further review
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and laws concerning safety control
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Active RPSGT credential
- Completion of an accredited polysomnography program preferred
- Current BCLS certification All inquiries are confidential.
