Lawn Mowing Crew Leader/Snow Plow Operator Evelt Brothers Landscape LLC Full-Time | Seasonal with Opportunity for Long-Term Growth Evelt Brothers Landscape LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Lawn Mowing Crew Leader to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, can lead a crew efficiently, communicate professionally with customers, and help maintain our equipment and daily operations. Requirements Must be 21 years or older Prior landscaping and lawn maintenance experience preferred Experience leading or managing a crew preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to show up on time every day Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to communicate professionally with customers Understanding of basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Responsibilities Lead and manage lawn mowing/landscape crews Ensure properties are completed efficiently and to company standards Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance Communicate with customers when needed Train and assist team members Maintain a clean and organized work environment
